Currently we are offering one type of delivery service covered by local posts. Prices for delivery are specified in the table “DELIVERY PRICES”, please see below. Time of delivery depends on the location, please see the table “DELIVERY TIME, counting from the following day the order has been validated by the buyer. It is specified that orders made on the web site www.pharosapparel.com on Fridays, Saturdays or Sundays will be processed the following Monday. Estimated time of delivery is subject to individual assessment. Pharos Apparel will inform client about the estimated time of delivery depending on the destination via email.

The items ordered by the Buyer will be delivered to the address provided by the Buyer on the validation page for his order, along with a delivery slip. The Buyer has the possibility to have the products delivered to a different address than his own. The delivery will not be insured in case of an extraneous circumstance, transportation strike and/or postal services strike.
Our policy lasts 14 days, starting from the date the Product(s) are received for them to be returned at his own expense so that they can be exchanged. If 14 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
LATE OF MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to: Horná 73, 90001 Modra, Slovakia.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Horná 73, 90001 Modra, Slovakia. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over 50 EUR, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We accept all currencies via credit/debit cards. The exchange rate to EUR is calculated by Braintree Payments. We also accept cryptocurrency Macro. If you would like to pay by Macro, please choose it on Checkout page and we’ll contact you.
